Advertising Account Executive
Valpak of Southern VirginiaValpak of Southern Virginia is currently seeking direct mail and online advertising representatives to join our team! We are looking for professional, goal-oriented individuals.
As a Valpak Account Executive, you will:
- Prospect for new direct mail and online advertising clients by contacting companies on a daily basis through door to door, telephone and e-mail prospecting
- Make appointments and present Valpak to generate new business
- Once a client base is established: manage, service and support existing clients while generating additional new business
- Create advertising themes, write copy and prepare layout designs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue budgets
- Manage accounts receivable for customer base
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and closing skills
- Competitive drive
- Excellent prospecting techniques
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- A strong attention to detail
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
- Math & computer (Microsoft Office)/Internet skills
