Advertising Account Executive

- Establish, build and maintain client relationships.
- Work with individual clients to determine and fulfill their advertising needs.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans.
- Create advertising themes, write copy and prepare layout designs.
- Communicate effectively with professional graphics department.
- Increase customer satisfaction and the sales and profit from your territory.
- Manage accounts receivable for your territory.
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Advertising sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities
- Above average initiative, creativity, negotiation and listening skills
- Motivated, self-starter with strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance
